Training bachelors of physical education for school physical education sportization technology implementation

The study gives theoretical grounds for the human resource building and school physical education sportization technology mastering model in application to general education schools; plus preliminary findings of the model piloting project. The first stage of the experimental model piloting project showed benefits of the model as verified by the progress of the future physical education teachers’ competences in the school education process sportization domain. The students’ of the academic physical education discipline showed meaningfully different progress in the meta-disciplinary competences important for success of the education process.
The authors make a conclusion that under certain conditions (material, technical and staffing) found in actual schools, the new sportization model is generally beneficial for the physical education specialist practice-driven training for the competitive physical education model implementation at schools.
