The article briefly overviews proceedings of the Russian Theoretical and Practical Conference “Priority Issues of Physical Education and Healthy and Safe Lifestyle Promotion in Educational System” that was held at Chaykovsky State Institute of Physical Culture. The Conference was organised by the Physical Culture, Sports, and Life Safety Theory and Practice Department of the Institute. Participating in the Conference were the Institute faculty, students, masters, post-graduates and practitioners. The Conference approved a resolution that offers an action plan to advance the physical education, healthy and safe lifestyles in the academic communities.
