The article examines the pedagogical conditions and factors that determine the personal professional development of physical education and sport specialists of different types. Factor analysis results show that the leading place in the structure of professional performance of physical education and sports specialists belongs to the factors that contribute to the development of the communicative and professional interaction abilities on the basis of competences of social impact on the processes and objects of professional pedagogical activity.
Owing to integration of the basic conditions that determine the personal professional development of physical education and sport specialists of different types one can see the actual structure of their professional competency, which is mostly represented in three interrelated substructures being strategic, organizational and communicative ones.
Factor analysis results show that the main place in the structure of professional performance of physical education and sport specialists belongs to the factors that contribute to the development of the communicative and professional interaction abilities on the basis of competences of social impact on the processes and objects of professional pedagogical activity.
