Of these, 30 students (the experimental group) followed the proposed methodology of pedagogical interaction (active and interactive forms). Results and conclusions. It has been shown that the use of adaptive-oriented means of increasing physical activity makes it possible to broaden the overall fitness capabilities of female students. It has been demonstrated that the recommended dosed stair walking, sets of strength exercises and flexibility development expand the morphofunctional capabilities of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as well as the musculoskeletal system of the participants.
