Abstract

Objective of the study is to identify the patterns by which a sports team achieves the state of 'acme' the highest results of activity; to determine the factors of acmeological development, the criteria of team acme, and to substantiate the technologies for the formation of highly effective sports collectives. Methods and structure of the study. The research has a theoretical and methodological orientation and is based on the acmeological approach. The methods used include the analysis of scientific literature on psychology, pedagogy and the theory of sport, as well as the generalisation of the practical experience of successful teams. Particular attention is paid to the criteria, conditions and technologies for achieving team acme. Results and conclusions. It has been established that team acme represents the optimal state of a team, characterised by the maximum realisation of potential, synchronicity of actions, creative interaction and resilience to stress. Key factors of the acmeological orientation of development have been identified: high standards, a culture of excellence, innovativeness, a systemic approach and the personalisation of training. Criteria of team acme have been substantiated and methods for their diagnosis have been proposed. Acmeological technologies of team-building have been developed: the setting of super-tasks, the creation of a developmental environment, a culture of excellence, the individualisation of training, and innovative development. A model of acmeological support for a team is presented, which includes diagnostic, goal-setting, planning, implementing, monitoring and corrective components. The conditions for achieving acme have been identified: qualified leadership, modern material and technical facilities, scientific, methodological and psychological support, and a recovery system. Potential obstacles have been identified: complacency, conflicts, burnout, and insufficient individualisation. The results obtained may be applied in designing team training programmes, developing strategies for achieving peak states and managing the development of sports collectives.
