Individual physical education trajectories within academic physical education curricula3

Abstract
Objective of the study was to help develop personal physical education agendas using individual physical education trajectories in the Health Passport e-learning course under the academic physical education curricula.
Methods and structure of the study. The individual trajectories were designed within the Health Passport e-learning course based on the known individual physical progress and physical fitness logics; due capacity to fairly rate and control the own physical progress; sound theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to facilitate the health protection and improvement efforts; and a high priority to independent wellness activities. The Health Passport e-learning course was designed to form a personal health/ physical education culture ratable by the relevant progress scoring system in the Health Passport e-learning course and regular academic physical education course. We sampled for the Health Passport e-learning course piloting experiment the 1-2-year students (n=60) of Murmansk Arctic State University split up into Control and Experimental Groups.
Results and conclusion. The individual trajectories prioritizing physical education service in the Health Passport e-learning course was found beneficial as verified by significant improvements in the theoretical learning and practical skills with a fast success in the physical education culture agenda formation domain.
