Objective of the study was to provide theoretical and practical provisions for the system forming principle for a new sports training paradigm.
Methods and structure of the study. Our experimental study was designed to analyze and summarize the relevant theoretical and empirical material, complement it with our own multiannual research Results and system concepts of motor activity to offer a sports training system forming principle.
Results and conclusion. A sports training system efficiency may be rated by a set of the training and off-training performance factors ratable with account of the applied training principles. We developed a set of theoretical and practical provisions for the sports training with respect to the modern sports training paradigm and with a special priority to the trainee’s physical and intellectual progress harmonizing aspects. The new sports training principle makes it possible to mobilize and excel the individual intellectual and physical resource on an integrated and productive basis to address every aspect of training and competitive progress and provide efficient instructions and guidelines for the sports training design and management.
