Objective of the study was to identify and analyze the quantitative characteristics of the competitive activity of the strongest table tennis players during the 1st game and 1st meeting (match) for their inclusion and simulation in the process of preparation for the competitions.
Methods and structure of the study. We analyzed the competitive activity of 2 female table tennis players qualified MS and WCMS, who played 4 matches with the same competitors. The competitive activity of the subjects was timed using the POLAR-TEAM telemetric system with simultaneous registration of the subjects' heart rate. The following temporal and quantitative characteristics of the competitive activity were recorded: game duration, number of shots per the game, number of points played in one game, and time to play out the point (including the preparation). At the same time, load indicators were recorded: average heart rate in one game, maximum heart rate in one game, minimum heart rate in one game.
Results and conclusions. It was found that despite the similar conditions of the competitive activity, the female tennis players played differently with the same competitors due to their individual characteristics. In this regard, consideration of the style of playing and individual psychophysiological features of female tennis players, as well as the development of individual training modes, will contribute to the improvement of not only the effectiveness of the training process but also the individual style of playing. And the identified quantitative characteristics of the competitive activity in table tennis on the example of the strongest female table tennis players can serve as the model characteristics in the training of young female table tennis players.

Keywords: table tennis, highly-skilled table tennis players, competitive loads, temporal, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of competitive activity.
