University physical education is viewed as a discipline contributing to the comprehensive development of youngsters, and its significance is manifested through harmonization of mental and physical strength, formation of such universal human values as health promotion, physical and mental well-being, physical perfection, etc. The formation of a positive attitude of students, especially, girls, to physical education is one of the urgent tasks of educational and training process and physical culture and sports activities in high school. Currently, the most modern and productive way to enhance physical fitness, motor activity and health level of the younger generation is to implement fitness technologies in the university physical educational process. The article presents scientific and methodological material aimed to develop musculoskeletal mobility in university students during fitness aerobics classes.
