Objective of the study was to increase the level of development of speed-strength fitness of Muay Thai boxers 11-13 years old. The authors proposed an experimental technique intended for use at the initial training stage. The entire period of the educational experiment lasted 6 months (November 2018 - May 2019), 92 trainings were conducted. The methodology consisted of a weekly microcycle, which included 4 training days of 90 minutes each, of which 20 minutes were used to develop speed and strength abilities according to the thematic plan for the training of the reference and experimental groups. All exercises for the development of speed-percussion, intensity, speed, Hykso tracker, SmartPower treadmill, heart rate monitor abilities were divided into 3 blocks (ballistic, non-ballistic, power), which were included in the preparatory and main part of the training. The methodology for the formation of speed-strike, intensity, speed, Hykso tracker, SmartPower treadmill, heart rate monitor abilities of 11-13 year old Muay Thai boxers based on the use of inertia-free speed-strength simulators with feedback included: highlighting the basic structures for performing a strike: ballistic, non-ballistic and power.
To assess the quality of key training sessions, we used HYKSO trackers, a SmartPower simulator, a dynamic kicktest-100 bag, and POLARH-10 cardiomonitors.
The results of the pedagogical experiment showed that Muay Thai boxers of the experimental group, engaged in the author's method, increased the level of speed-percussion, intensity, speed, Hykso tracker, SmartPower treadmill, heart rate monitor abilities.

Keywords: strike, intensity, speed, Hykso tracker, SmartPower treadmill, heart rate monitor POLAR H-10.
