Municipal physical education and sports management system: communication marketing

The study analyses benefits of the modern communication marketing methods for the municipal physical education and sports management system; and analyzed the role and functions of the modern communication marketing tools for management, promotion and progress of the municipal physical education and sports system. The study offers a municipal communication marketing system development concept to combine the traditional and modern promotion tools including the relevant PR, BTL and feedback methods; and spells out the key provisions and principles for the Physical Education and Sports Sector Market-sensitive Promotion Concept designed to harmonize interests of the key shareholders including the government, society, social media and social partners; with a special emphasis on the modern social partnership formats to secure progress of the municipal PES service. The study data and analyses demonstrate benefits of the modern communication marketing methods for success of the municipal PES service facilitated both by the public-private partnerships (PPP) and innovative municipal PES management tools.
