Conjugate method for students’ activation and fitness in gymnastics with didactics discipline

The study analyzes the formats to activate bachelor course students in the academic Gymnastics with Didactics discipline; and the practical tools to apply the conjugate method to improve efficiency of the academic educational process. Subject to the educational experiment were the 2-year (III and IV semester) bachelor course students. The conjugate method and its tools designed in the early stage of the educational experiment were tested in every all-round gymnastics event, with the specific application practices spelled out for every event. The study showed benefits of the conjugate method as verified by the students’ progress in coordination abilities and gymnastics routine execution quality.
