Objective of the study was to find correlations of physical activity, body mass and visceral fat mass rates in 18-22 year old women (n=82). The study was performed at the Slavyansk-on-Kuban branch of Kuban State University in the period of September 2014 through December 2016. The body masses and visceral fat masses of the 18-22 year old women were rated with the 50g accuracy using Tanita BC-601 system versus their physical activity rates. The study data and analyses demonstrate the importance of the physical workloads being optimized for the female students of this age group, with the physical practices ideally made habitual as an indispensable part of their everyday life to be maintained at the levels required by the actual health condition and living standards to secure more active lifestyles on the whole.

Keywords: physical activity, visceral fat mass, body mass, physical education, young women.
