Objective of the study was to design and offer a game method of wushu training for combined development of intellectual and coordination abilities in senior preschoolers and assess the benefits of special team game practices for the underage wushu trainees. The proposed game method includes the following three stages: preparatory stage; team game; and discussion of the game, with each game lasting for 15 minutes following the general warm-up routines, the game intensity being limited by the HR of 110-120 beats per min. The team game was applied as a special warm-up practice followed by the principal training session that included special routines as required by the valid Russian standards of competitive wushu.
