Relationship of physical education and sports sessions and stress tolerance indices of students

The article presents the results of a poll of 1-3-year students of four physical education and sports departments (body conditioning, volleyball, fitness, physical therapy). The respondents were asked to rate the importance of (d%) 29 symptoms of stress in students. The results showed that the most important signs of stress in students during their adaptation to university life (regardless of the type of physical education and sports activity) are rush, the feeling of constant lack of time, irritability and resentment, increased distractibility, poor performance and others.
Analysis of the study showed that body conditioning and physical therapy department students did better in terms of stress tolerance compared to their opponents from the fitness and volleyball departments.
