Evolution of motor activity suggests improving the interaction between man and the world around him. Physical education and sport are an important process of this evolution, that blazed a trail for comprehensive development of man, which is a priority component of life of the modern society.
Harmony of physical development reveals human nature, it allows to find new ways of interaction between man and nature. Allocation of the essence of the harmony of physical development enables physical education to become a major phenomenon in the general cognitive process of man.
