The purpose of the present study was to examine the specificity of performance of dynamic elements involving throws and rotations in a variety of all-round events in rhythmic gymnastics.
Female gymnasts of two sub-groups: 12-14 and 15-17 years old, were subject to an experiment. In assessing throws in various kinds of all-round events in rhythmic gymnastics (hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) a team of experts assessed the performance of elements, recording technical errors in compliance with all competition rules.
As seen from the findings, the implementation of dynamic elements with a throw and two rotations in the first phase of the study is characterized by the lack of small errors and a great number of grave errors among younger gymnasts. More experienced athletes make mostly small and medium errors.

Keywords: competitive rhythmic gymnastics exercises, types of all-round, throw elements without looking, performance reliability.
