Key words: lyceum pupils, aerobic abilities, draft age, heart rate.
Nowadays the problem of physical fitness of young male conscripts at the age of 15-18 years old is of special interest. In some authors' opinion, organization and essence of physical education of young conscripts do not satisfy the requirements of Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, State Committee for sport and body culture of Russia, general committee of Russian Academy of Education dated May, 23 2002. Most of the conscripts study in gymnasiums, secondary schools, centers for children and youth, lyceums with high intellectual loads, where much attention is paid to development of mental abilities and less - physical training. Education in these educational institutions impairs the quality of physical training of adolescents and young boys, stipulated by the rising information flow, audio-visual overloads, change in the day regimen for the benefit of greater occupancy, early formation of bad habits, effect of stress factors, frequent hypodynamia etc.
The purpose of the study was physiological substantiation of the new methodological approach to estimation of the quality of aerobic abilities of young male conscripts.
Proceeding from the obtained data, on is to pay more attention to fitness shape of lyceum pupils and include to the lessons of physical education continuous running or some other cyclic workout lasting at least 4 minutes. Modern, noninvasive, harmless, methodologies deep by the information value of the human energy potential are to be introduced into the testing process at the lessons of physical education, promoting estimation of the quality of physical fitness of young male conscripts in any conditions owing to simplicity and accessibility.
