Theory and Practice of Teaching of Physical Culture in University

Physical culture as a component of the educational system has its training, educative, recreational, economic and general cultural value. It facilitates the generation of such a social trend as physical culture movement, i.e. combined activity of people intended for using, distributing and multiplying the values of physical culture.
The purpose of the study was to make a theoretical analysis of the experience of teaching physical culture in a non-sports university.
Practicing their activity, the staff of the faculty of physical education and recreation of Siberian institute of management always remembers that understanding of the student's health in the life routine sense embodies both biosomatic, cognitive abilities and a part of choice, that is the implementation of activity.
Health acts as an integrative constant of all human personality aspects, features, abilities, temperament, character, volitional qualities, emotions, motivations, physical and spiritual strength and social attitudes. A real person, his objective reality is a single unit representing the idea of integrity and universality. These concepts are functionally related man creates his objective reality, which in its turn form in a person the qualities he will need for this objective reality.
Health is a symbol of creative activity, designing orientation. Health culture is nothing but methods of action, in which human social qualities are displayed.
