Psychological Characteristics of Regulatory-Dynamic Variables of Responsibility in Girls and Boys in Context of Early Professionalization

When training athletes within early professionalization personal psychological resources are being intentionally revealed, including such psychological characteristics as activity, independence, orientation, self-regulation, that can facilitate achieving of ultimate sports results.
The psychological structure of personal responsibility in its different aspects has been studied for many years by such researchers as K.A. Abul'khanova-Slavskaya, A.V. Brushlinsky, H. Heckhausen, V.P. Pryadein etc.
The purpose of the study was to consider the influence of early professionalization in psychological characteristics of regulatory-dynamic variables of responsibility in girls and boys in conditions of sports activity.
Proceeding from the theoretical ideas on the main trends in mental development in the adolescent, youth age, the early maturity period and the specifics of sports activity, success in sports career can be predicted in conditions of early professionalization at different phases of their training. And taking into account the psychological characteristics of the regulatory-dynamic variables of personal responsibility the system of psychological support of athletes' training in conditions of early professionalization can be created by accumulating of personal resources to provide full-scal realization of the developing potential of sports career.
