Organization of Martial Arts Classes Involving Contemporary Educational Technologies

Martial arts are mostly present in the extended educational system, including institutions of extended education for children and youth (centers, palaces, houses, stations, children's schools), children and youth adaptive sport schools, continuing professional education in universities. Sport sections, studios and clubs are operating there in the following directions: sociopedagogical (subjects aged 5-6 years old)), sports-recreational (7-9-year-olds) and physical training and sports.
The purpose of the study was to detect the peculiarities of organization of martial arts classes by means of modern educational technologies.
In karate technical actions taught in the institution of extended education can be divided in three phases: initial - 1-3 months, intermediate - 2-3 years and advanced - over 4 years.
The analysis of traditional methodology of teaching martial arts indicates to its positive effect for harmonious development of spiritual and physical qualities of pupils, creation of conditions for the use of knowledge and skills in ensuring life security.
The application of modern educational technologies in traditional education significantly enhances efficiency of classes of martial arts, providing conditions for training in athletes of special psychophysical qualities, their training for technical certification and participation in sports events.
