Development of Personal and Physical Qualities of Junior Karatekas in Terms of Integrated Approach

Recently formation of the personality with precise moral principles, need for sports lifestyle and self-fulfillment in sports activity, drive for the activity in the routine life, awareness of the need for recreation and to increase knowledge has become a socioeducational issue.
When forming physical culture of junior karatekas special attention is to be paid to the issue of formation of the spiritual component, which is possible in case of the integrated approach to human development during physical activity. Only in case of the unity of conceptual aspects (functional, value, activity and resultative), not mutually exclusive and taking into consideration the basic concepts of culture, one can properly understand physical activity and physical culture all human life long.
The purpose of the present study was to reveal the integral approach in development of personal and physical qualities of karatekas aged 11-13.
The dynamics of the integral estimation of development of karatekas' personal and physical qualities in both of the tested groups is adduced in the paper.
The empirical study results in the conclusion on the obtained goal in development of personal and physical qualities of karatekas aged 11–13 via the designed innovative program, distinguished by the integrated approach. The approach provided for integration of these qualities, skills and abilities according to the sports training technique of kyokushin kaikan karate; consolidating motor skills in sports technique; improve the correlation and mutual dependence of all aspects of training; develop physical and personal qualities; increase efficiency of competitive activity.
