Key words: integrated diagnosis, social adaptation, young persons with health disturbances.
The purpose of the study was to consider the potential of effective social adaptation of young persons with health disturbances at classes of adaptive physical culture.
When correlating etiopathogenesis and the specifics of psychophysical development of children with health disturbances, one is to pay attention mainly to selection and modification of techniques, focusing on individual capabilities and contra-indications during tests, to plan the measuring test beforehand so that it was accessible, safe, understandable for a child in view of his age and gender characteristics and disturbed functions and body systems. Consequently, in view of the above, one can define the diagnosis as a set of measures intended to study social adaptation of children with health disturbances and as an essential condition of success in social adaptation of children in the society of healthy coevals, micro-and macrosocieties. As a result of complex diagnosis social adaptation of this category of minors must be considered as: achievement of balance (psychoemotional, physical), child's activity (desire to display personal abilities to communicate and establish relationships), emotional comfort (anxiety, self-appraisal, interpersonal relationships, child’s internal attitude), self-actualization of child's personality (development of activity, child's ability to plan actions to cope with difficulties), self-awareness (motivational and volitional sphere, cognitive), stability and efficiency of activity of the one who is adapting (thinking, memory, attention and social desirability).
