Adaptive Judo: Opportunities and Perspectives of Implementation of Program for Judokas with Musculo-Skeletal Disorders

Nowadays judokas with big sports achievements are athletes with the base of physical fitness or judokas with stable health disorders accidentally or as a result of some disease.
Development of adaptive judo can be optimized in out country by developing the system of training athletes in view of developmental specifics, approaches to formation of sports groups and interests of the involved ones.
The purpose of the present study was to elaborate the program of fitness training for children and youth sport adaptive schools, departments and groups of adaptive sport in the institutions of further education "Adaptive judo".
The given program in view of the specifics of work with judokas with musculoskeletal disorders contains several parts: curriculum, test-regulatory requirements to physical and technical skills of students. The guidelines were given in teaching judo at musculoskeletal disorders.
