The area of amateur physical culture and sport in terms of the introduction of information technologies lags far behind other industries. This phenomenon is caused by several reasons, namely low funding of scientific research works in the field of physical culture and works on the implementation of information technologies in this area, strong conservativism of the faculty; very few technologies adaptable to physical education occupations.
The Microsoft Kinect technology provides an active learning experience, regardless of age, as well as innovative educational opportunities in the field of physical culture. All of the above promotes the following conclusions on the given concept:
• active development of information technologies enables to provide teaching physical education in educational institutions in compliance with the new social requirements;
• developing Microsoft Kinect technologies ensure the active training phase, regardless of age, therefore are useful in teaching in secondary, senior and higher schools;
• the concept of this manual is multifunctional, as it includes various forms of training (theoretical foundations, tests in the learnt unit, diary of phased development of physical qualities).
