Technology of Teaching Junior Judokas Flying Rolls Based on the Use of Orientation Basis of Actions and Allocation of Main Reference Points

In the structure of technical preparedness of an athlete a special place belongs to development and improvement of the basic fighting techniques. The basic techniques are the foundation of the material rate of any kind of sports wrestling, including judo, because competitive fight in compliance with relevant regulations cannot be effective without it. The purpose of the research was to develop and scientifically substantiate the technology of teaching young judokas to make flying rolls based on the application of the orientation basis of action and the allocation of the main reference points.
Teaching technical action (technique) begins with understanding of its information (semantic) motor structure that is offered by a coach and formed complete orientation basis of actions. Mastering of flying rolls by young judokas aged 10-11 years has led to significant results such as improved speed and quality of performed moves, moves practiced for second-nature and the formed correct skill. Thanks to monitoring of technique the errors were eliminated.
