Introduction. In terms of development of the new framework of higher professional education, the issues of assuring of student's social adaptation to ever-changing living conditions, and of formation of a spiritually and physically healthy specialist become increasingly important. Raising of these issues is of special interest at this time due to changed social value orientations and reconsidered activities in all the public spheres and in private life, where personal physical culture is of primary importance.

Relevance. Formation of a student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning will solve one of the challenges of higher education, namely improvement of training of those students who need to adapt to new conditions of life, and the need to fully respond to social changes in terms of increasing pace of scientific and technical progress and active social changes. Development of the content of sports activity in a higher school on the basis of unconventional and innovative approaches, such as mobile learning, will satisfy modern requirements and needs of young people. In this aspect, development of the conceptual framework of formation of a student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning will ensure effectiveness of the university teaching process.

The purpose of the research was to develop the conceptual framework of formation of a student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning.

Results and discussion. The conceptual framework of formation of a student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning represents the author's vision of realization of the process and contains the following elements: keynote of the concept and basic concepts of the study; core of the concept, consisting of principles and regularities of formation of personal physical culture based on mobile learning; content and subject matter represented by a structural model which serves as a projection of theoretical and methodological provisions.

In the aspect of the culturological approach, the concept of formation of a student's personal physical culture is based on the idea of integral development of a future specialist's personality within higher school of physical culture in the context of realization of education modernization by means of moving from ideology to culture through formation of culturally-relevant teaching based on realization of the ideas of mobile learning. The concept is revealed via the following insights in the aspect of the culturological approach, based on the theoretical synthesis of complementary approaches:

  •  basing on the system approach, student's personal physical culture is to be formed as a unity of the system of such categories as society, nature, man and culture, interdependence of a set of general, individual and specific conditions of efficiency of formation of personal physical culture, inclusive of the regularities, leading tendencies and principles of designing the strategy of formation of student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning;
  •  in respect of the innovative technological approach, effectiveness of formation of student's personal physical culture can be achieved with the help of interaction between worldview (motivational and emotional), intellectual (cognitive), motor (activity) and social (mobile technologies) components by means of gaining experience of creative physical activity at university on the basis of integration of disciplines and innovative technologies represented by mobile learning;
  •  on the grounds of the provisions of the competency building approach, which determines the necessity to form in university students personal physical culture as a primary professional personality trait of a specialist, in the aspect of development and improvement of physical culture competency which is realized in the context of mobile learning;
  •  in the aspect of the activity approach, the contents of the subject "Physical culture" and of the physical culture forming disciplines of universities of Humanities, special educational modules of which completely provide for and complete the theoretical course, are to be structured in accordance with a conceptual guidelines of continuous activity in the field of physical culture consisting of intellectual and physical components, for the purpose of formation of student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning;
  •  on the basis of the personality-centered approach, there was discovered the necessity in converting the university educational and training process into a single process aimed at formation of personal physical culture of each student in the aspect of individualization and differentiation of education by means of mobile technologies, implementation of national/regional component of education content and usage of unconventional exercise sets.

Personal physical culture is an integrative personalized education based on the integration of three interrelated elements of its content and its key structural components: "physical" - activity (bodily) component consisting of a complex of psychological, physical and recreational measures; "culture" - cognitive (intellectual) component consisting of a complex of operational, reflexively-evaluative and behavioral measures; "personality" - motivational and emotional (spiritual) component made of a complex of physical culture worldview, motivational and value-oriented relations and emotional comfort.

Within the research conducted on the basis of the methodological approaches, some key conceptual principles have been determined, which are interdependent due to these approaches, and they are as follows: principles of formation of personal physical culture and of mobile education in the field of physical culture. The leading regularities and tendencies identified were as follows:

  • dependence of professional training performance on social priorities, in accordance with which modern society needs proactive, healthy, efficient, creative individuals able to carry out constructive physical culture activity in future work and promotion of physical culture and healthy lifestyle;
  •  dependence of formation of student's personal physical culture on complexity of social and economic conditions of public life, existence of different views of the problem of implementation of innovative technologies, such as mobile learning, into university professional training;
  •  dependence of the efficiency of the formation process of student's personal physical culture on scientifically and didactically grounded usage of educational and information technologies including mobile learning, based on the online mobile content;
  •  dependence of effectiveness of formation of student's personal physical culture on student's self-development and personality self-formation processes in the context of active personality-significant physical culture activity using mobile technologies;
  •   tendency of strengthening of interdisciplinary relations between university subjects, which implies the realization of the integration of the study course "Physical culture" with the disciplines of professional training based on determination of relation-forming content elements for the purpose of formation of student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning;
  •  changing of goal orientation of higher professional education in the aspect of physical culture to integral formation of student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning by means of relying on the scientific strategies of creative psychology and innovative pedagogics on the basis of domestic and international scientific and educational heritage;
  •  substituting large-group and cooperative teaching methods for individual and mobile ones, basing on information technologies, and for development of psycho-physical abilities on the basis of self-education, self-development and self-improvement.

The educational process based on the determined provisions cannot be organized without its scientifically grounded modeling as a professional training system and as a process of formation of student's personal physical culture. The process of formation of student's personal physical culture based on mobile learning in terms of professional education was designed by means of constructing a structural model (Figure).

Conclusion. The structural model shows the system of specific organization of the educational and training process with principles, methodological approaches, teaching conditions and author's technique in its core, which provide the formation of personal physical culture of future specialists from low to high levels through the phases of the study. Practical implementation of the designed in the work concept and structural model based on the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the research will contribute to solving of the problem associated with lack of physical activity among students in the aspect of maintaining and strengthening of their health.
