Abstract

Objective of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop a methodology of the professionally applied physical preparation of UAV operators. Methods and structure of the study. The main methods in the substantiation and development of the methodology of the professionally applied physical preparation of UAV operators were the analysis and generalisation of the data of the scientific-methodological literature and documentary sources. In constructing the scheme of the methodology, the modelling method was used. The assessment of the methodology according to five indicators (relevance, expediency, feasibility, safety and innovativeness) was carried out by the survey method. 17 acting UAV operators and technicians (work experience from 3 to 7 years) acted as respondents. Results and conclusions. The means of the professionally applied physical preparation of UAV operators should be aimed, in addition to the formation of professionally important qualities, at restoring the balance of the central nervous system by means of inter-sensory ‘rebooting’ and integration. It is possible to compensate for the influence of the negative factors of the professional activity of UAV operators if the performance of the exercises of professionally applied physical preparation is synchronised with the work cycle. The proposed content of the methodology of the professionally applied physical preparation of UAV operators is positively assessed by the professional community.
