Abstract

Objective of the study to theoretically substantiate, develop, and experimentally test a model for the formation of a coach-teacher's personal and professional readiness to work in early development centers. Methods and structure of the study. The article uses and examines the socio-psychological, cognitive, organizational-methodological, and practical components, and presents a model for developing this readiness in the system of additional professional education based on the competence-based, personality-oriented, and integrative-developmental approaches. Results and conclusions. The relevance of the research topic is substantiated by the social order of society and the state to train specialists capable of solving the problems of comprehensive upbringing of children aged two to seven, and the essence and structure of readiness are revealed.
