Abstract

Objective of the study is to substantiate a conceptual model of pedagogical transfer in a sports university and to demonstrate the ways of its operationalisation. Methods and structure of the study. A theoretical analysis of teaching-methodological materials was carried out (the teaching-methodological complex ‘Pedagogy and Psychology of Higher School’ (Slobodchikov I.M., 2026), the materials of the course ‘Pedagogy’ (A.V. Solovyova, 2023-2025) and the teaching aid ‘The Application of Active Learning Methods in the Training of Personnel of the Sports Sector’ (A.V. Solovyova, 2025)). Results and conclusions. An author’s definition of the concept of ‘pedagogical transfer’ is proposed, an author’s four-component model of pedagogical transfer is presented, the possibility of its operationalisation is proven, and its result-effectiveness is empirically confirmed.
