Abstract
Objective of the study theoretically and experimentally substantiate the model of professionally applied physical training of UAV operators. Methods and structure of the study. The scientific work, which took place at the ‘Burevestnik’ training centre, involved 30 UAV operators, who were divided into a control group and an experimental group of 15 people each. The following research methods were used: analysis and generalisation of the scientific literature, comparative analysis, systematisation, synthesis, interpretation of scientific data on the problem of professionally applied physical training, the psychophysiology of operator labour and the training of UAV operators. Results and conclusions. It was established that the effectiveness of the professionally applied physical training of UAV operators is ensured by compliance with the following conditions: the professional orientation of the training, its integration with psychophysiological and special training, the staged formation of professionally significant qualities, the variability of means and methods, the differentiation of content taking into account the profile of operator activity, as well as systematic pedagogical and functional control. It is substantiated that the professionally applied physical training of UAV operators should be oriented not only towards the development of general physical working capacity but also towards the formation of resistance to static and emotional loads, the development of sensorimotor coordination, attention stability, speed of reaction, precision of actions and the ability to maintain high working capacity under conditions of fatigue.
