Abstract

Objective of the study is to identify the phenotypic signs of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia and to determine the optimal way of teaching swimming to students. Methods and structure of the study. The scientific work was conducted on the basis of Omsk State Technical University. The experimental group comprised 40 students with a preclinical form of connective tissue dysplasia. The main phenotypic signs of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia were identified. Swimming methods were determined taking into account the phenotypic change of the chest in the preclinical form of dysplasia. Results and conclusions. It was established that during swimming classes for students with a preclinical form of connective tissue dysplasia, an increase in functional indicators occurs, which is not an obstacle to physical education classes and the possibility of participating in mass sports events.
