Abstract

Objective of the study is the creation of a descriptive neurological model of the processes of transforming verbal instructions into a state of readiness of the nervous system to solve a motor task in a certain way. Methods and structure of the study. The scientific work used the method of theoretical-conceptual modelling, aimed at constructing a descriptive model of the neuromotor mechanisms ensuring the formation and implementation of motor instructions. The model is built on the basis of analysis of data on the functional role of speech, cognitive, emotional-motivational, associative and sensorimotor structures of the nervous system, as well as their interaction in the process of motor programming and control. Results and conclusions. The type of motor instruction influences the parameters of the motor action. With an instruction for “force/power”, the technique is restructured to manifest power at the expense of economy and accuracy. With an instruction for “technique”, the brain concentrates attention on creating a biomechanically expedient structure of movement, but at the same time may limit the maximum power of the working efforts. If the instruction diverges from the current state of the athlete or contradicts an already formed motor skill, then, most likely, the motor programming system will shift towards defensive motor strategies.
