Abstract
Objective of the study – to study the problems of substantiating the content and implementing didactic models in the process of professional training of future physical education teachers in the system of physical education at the university in accordance with the principles of the competency-based approach and a conscious understanding of the essence of educational and professional activity as the main sociocultural factor influencing the formation of the personality of the future teacher in the field of "Pedagogical Education", profile "Physical Education".
Methods and structure of the study. The main way to achieve high effectiveness in the implementation of didactic models of professional training of future physical education teachers in the system of physical education at a pedagogical university is proposed to be teaching them to solve pedagogical tasks that are interconnected and professionally oriented, structurally, with the active use of innovative methods, techniques, and approaches.
Results of the study. Improving the professional training of future physical education teachers in the system of physical education was formulated and considered as a traditional task, to which the scientific and methodological work of departments and the university was directed. Understanding that "...to understand a complex system means to build its system model," in the course of the work it was determined that as a scientific-practical direction for resolving the problems of training physical education teachers in the system of physical education at pedagogical universities, it is necessary to create a didactic model of their training.
The didactic model of professional training of future physical education teachers in the system of physical education at the university should represent not only a reasonable combination of completeness with ease of use, but also serve as a kind of tool for research, calculations, and implementation of training, reflecting signs, facts, connections, relationships in the pedagogical field of knowledge in a simple and visual form, convenient and accessible for analysis, interpretation, and conclusions. These two requirements are generally contradictory to each other. On the one hand, unlimited detailing of the model leads to its inevitable complication, which naturally complicates, and in some cases even makes it impossible, to work with such a model. On the other hand, if we strive for maximum simplification of the model, this will lead to the loss of consideration and implementation of a number of important factors that can have a significant impact on the entire pedagogical process of professional training of future physical education teachers.
Conclusions. Thus, according to the competency-based approach, the preparation of future physical education teachers in the system of physical education at the university with a profile in "Physical Education" for professional activity based on the implementation of didactic models is an important goal, and the development of a didactic model of professional training of future physical education teachers at the university is associated with each teacher's understanding of the content of the initial factors, their content and relationships, relying on modern educational technologies that promote the development of students' cognitive activity, and with the structuring of professional competencies and knowledge, skills, and abilities by levels – from general to specific professional-pedagogical disciplines.
