Sports victory as a factor in the development of achievement motivation in the context of activity theory of socialization

Abstract
Objective of the study is to provide a scientific basis for the phenomenon of athletic victory as a motivating factor for achieving it, from the perspective of activity theory of socialization. Methods and structure of the study. Scientific articles on the research topic, available on the elibrary.ru platform, were collected and systematized. Results and conclusions. It has been determined that athletic victory is a model of any successful social action, including goal-setting, planning, overcoming obstacles, competition, feedback, and recognition. Within the activity-based approach, athletic victory serves as a driver of success, specifically in terms of public recognition, achieving a leading position in social status, and the acceptance of risk as the norm.
