Features of the organization of special medical group classes in the context of digitalization of the university's physical education system

Abstract
Objective of the study is to experimentally demonstrate the effectiveness of organizing classes for a special medical group in the context of the digitalization of the university's physical education system. Methods and structure of the study. The experiment involved 64 students from the special medical group, who were divided into an experimental and a control group. In the experimental group, classes were conducted based on a developed structural-functional model that provided for the systematic use of digital tools: electronic educational platforms, video content with adapted exercise programs, digital tools for monitoring physical activity and functional status, as well as elements of distance and blended learning. Results and conclusions. The results obtained during the experiment allow us to conclude that the introduction of digital tools into the process of organizing classes creates additional pedagogical conditions for improving the effectiveness of the body's adaptive responses. The decrease in resting heart rate, improvement in the Ruffier index, and increase in vital lung capacity among students in the experimental group indicate a more rational dosing of physical activity and an increase in its individual adequacy.
