Repetition without repetition’ – the principle of building physical fitness in individuals

Objective of the study is to substantiate ‘repetition without repetition’ as a principle of physical fitness training.
Methods and structure of the study. Review of scientific and technical literature, systematic analysis, deduction and induction, content analysis.
Results and conclusions. It has been determined that the principle of ‘repetition without repetition’ means the repeated performance of movements to solve a motor task in the formation of physical fitness. The basis of the latter is formed by motor abilities.
