Classes were held twice a week and combined training and game forms of work.

The results of the study showed that the systematic use of mini-football, volleyball and basketball has a pronounced positive effect on the development of students' social and communication skills. During the experiment, the participants in the experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in all key indicators, including communicative tolerance, level of group inclusion, and effectiveness of team interaction.
