Objective of the study is to assess the conditions for organising training in advanced military sports training courses at the university for participants in special military operation (SVO) with different personal potential.
Methods and structure of the study. The research methods chosen were a survey using Yandex Forms and psychodiagnostic techniques. The study involved 51 participants in the additional education programme ‘Military Sports Training: Theory and Methods of Pedagogical Work,’ who were participants in a special military operation.
Results and conclusions. The identified groups of students with different levels of personal potential demonstrated differences in their assessments of the educational process. Students with lower levels of personal potential primarily expect motivation from the teacher, i.e., they feel a lack of personal motivation to learn and need external support. For students with higher levels of personal potential, the most important thing is to have opportunities for self-expression and presentation of their own achievements.
The importance of taking into account the personal potential of SVO participants when organising individual educational trajectories in accordance with the principles of universal design for learning is theoretically justified. In practical terms, the results of the study provide an opportunity for comparative analysis and correction of the plans and content of educational courses for SVO participants.
