Objective of the study is to identify the characteristics of physical activity and develop recommendations for its optimisation, taking into account health status.
Methods and structure of the study. The survey was conducted among 160 students (68 men and 92 women) aged 18-22 using Google Forms. Participants independently determined their health group and indicated their level of physical activity.
Results and conclusions. Most students consider themselves to be in the main health group, but the level of physical activity among a significant proportion of respondents remains low. Women more often prefer functional training, yoga and light athletics, while men choose team and strength sports. A low percentage of students engage in physical activity on a regular basis.
Based on the data obtained, differentiated recommendations for physical activity were developed for each health group. The introduction of individualised programmes taking into account the gender, health status and interests of students is proposed. The results of the study can be applied in the development of educational and health programmes in universities.
