Objective of the study is to examine the process of forming a sports team as a collective entity and to develop pedagogical technologies for developing collective subjectivity through delegation of authority, self-management, and team reflection.
Methods and structure of the study. The methodological basis was the subject-activity approach. Theoretical analysis, modelling and generalisation of scientific sources on sports pedagogy and group psychology were used to construct a model of the phased formation of collective subjectivity.
Results and conclusions. Theoretical analysis showed the possibility of developing a sports team from an object of external management to a self-governing team with initiative, responsibility, reflexivity, and the ability to self-organise. Four stages of subjectivity formation were identified: from passive perception to independent planning and evaluation of results. A model for the formation of subjectivity has been developed, including mechanisms for the development of collective goal setting, planning, and self-control. Pedagogical technologies for the development of subjective qualities have been substantiated and the conditions for the successful implementation of the model have been determined. The results provide a basis for improving team building in sport.
Keywords: collective subjectivity, sports team, self-organisation, self-management, subject-activity approach, team reflection.
