Objective of the study is to analyse the effectiveness of the digital portal mosgorsport.ru in attracting the working-age population to systematic physical education and sports activities in their place of residence in Moscow, and to identify problem areas and factors that reduce citizens' interest in using the portal's services based on an expert survey.
Methods and structure of the study. Employees of the Mosgorsport State Budgetary Institution took part in the study: managers, instructors, methodologists, and coaches. The first stage involved analysing annual statistical data on the activities of district administrations for the development of mass sports in Moscow. The second stage involved an expert assessment of the effectiveness of the digital portal mosgorsport.ru (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
Results and conclusions. The information and digital space (mosgorsport.ru portal) created to promote mass sports and implement the GTO complex in Moscow has increased Muscovites' interest in the events organised by the Mosgorsport State Budgetary Institution, as evidenced by a 20% increase in the number of unique visitors per day (from one ID). The annual increase in the number of Moscow residents participating in mass sports events was 70.7%. The number of training places increased by 10.1% on average, the number of groups created increased by 3.8%, and the number of Moscow residents who passed the GTO complex tests increased by 11.5%. At the same time, a number of factors were identified that negatively affect the involvement of the working-age population in physical culture and sports activities (hereinafter referred to as PCSA) in their place of residence, including: the complexity of the mosgorsport.ru digital portal interface for older people, the lack of connection between the portal and the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (UMIAS), which confirms the absence of restrictions on participation in physical culture and sports activities, restrictions on the choice of sports facilities and training times, and overcrowding in a number of sports groups.
