A professional is a generalist or a narrow specialist: a bipolar model of variable training for physical education personnel

Objective of the study. Determine the current vector of professional training for physical education personnel based on the actualization of the bipolar model of education.
Methods and structure of the study. A systematic analysis and assessment of the current state of the system of training personnel in the field of physical culture and sports were conducted.
Results and conclusions. The bipolar model of training physical education specialists involves the harmonization of academic training and practical orientation. A balanced combination of these two approaches allows for the training of specialists who possess both in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for successful work in the field of physical education and sports. This enhances the competitiveness of graduates and contributes to the development of the industry as a whole.
