Objective of the study is theoretical and experimental substantiation of the basic principles of constructing a complex system of special relaxation training aimed at improving the functional state of athletes, increasing the rate of relaxation of skeletal muscles and increasing the efficiency of the training process.
Methods and structure of the study. The dynamics of hypoxic resistance, skeletal muscle SPR and the power of the inhibitory-relaxation functional system of urgent adaptation and protection of the body from extreme effects during long-term adaptation to various adaptogenic factors were studied. All subjects were divided into 2 groups: group 1 – athletes with an initially high power of the non-specific inhibitory-relaxation functional system of urgent adaptation and protection (TRFSZ) (experimental), and group 2 – athletes with an initially low power of the non-specific inhibitory-relaxation functional system of urgent adaptation and protection (TRFSZ) (control). The purpose of such grouping was to determine the influence of the initial power of the CNS and the SPR of muscles on the nature of long-term adaptation of the parameters under consideration under the influence of various adaptogenic factors.
Results and conclusions. Increased activity of the CNS inhibitory systems and the SPR of muscles, as an urgent adaptive reaction in response to intense physical activity, occurs when the TRFSZ is activated by extreme effects. The dependence of the nature and SPR of muscles on the functional state of the CNS is demonstrated. The functional state of the CNS largely determines the power of the TRFSZ. The results of the studies allow us to substantiate the ways and principles of constructing special relaxation training aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the training process.
