Improvement of muscle contraction energy metabolism and speedpower properties

Objective of the study is to improve the speed-strength qualities of freestyle wrestlers and judoists in the absence of an increase in the concentration of lactate in the blood at the stage of improving athletic skills.
Methods and structure of the study. Analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literary sources. Pedagogical, physiological and biochemical research methods. Comparison of the results of training sessions in which freestyle wrestlers and judoists used passive rest and aerobic exercises as recovery after performing speed-strength exercises of anaerobic nature.
Results and conclusions. As a result of performing control speed-strength exercises of an anaerobic nature after the completion of the experimental training process, subjects who used active rest as recovery showed a reliable positive improvement in results in the absence of an increase in the concentration of lactate in the blood. The wrestlers who used passive rest during recovery showed significantly lower performance in the control exercises compared to the above-mentioned group. At the same time, the level of lactate concentration in their blood significantly increased, compared to the initial data.
