Differentiation of motor abilities as a method of monitoring students' physical fitness levels

Objective of the study is to identify speed, strength indicators and power modes of muscle work when passing tests on general physical fitness.
Methods and structure of the study. As an object of pedagogical observations and on this basis for developing the idea, the concept of the upcoming study, it was chosen to conduct classes (pairs) with students at the stadium in order to track the dynamics of the development of physical qualities.
Results and conclusions. In running and long jumps, the work of the arms, legs, coordination of movements for rational technique of execution are due to the physiological properties of muscle tissues [2, 4]. The muscles of the body are involved to a greater extent in pull-ups on the bar. Nevertheless, the manifestation of motor abilities, including the term endurance, is realized on the basis of functional motor training due to the impact of strength, speed, endurance in different ratios. The least amount of time is spent on performing the "standing long jump" test, which implies the fastest possible implementation of speed-strength abilities, which in all cases determine the development of power efforts.
