Formation of the Subject's Motivational and Value Orientation in Physical Culture and Recreation Activities

Objective of the study is to reveal the internal psychological mechanisms that motivate individuals to physical education and recreational activities.
Methods and structure of the study. The methodological base was built on the junction of theoretical and empirical approaches based on a comparative analysis of the practice of organizing physical education and recreational activities.
Results and conclusions. The identified values of physical education and recreational activities are of a general nature. They can have different expression, component content, hierarchy in the general system of life values of an individual. In the formation of the motivational and value sphere of an individual, of course, the main role belongs to public relations.
