Objective of the study. The work focuses on assessing the individual effectiveness of the implementation of highly qualified kayakers by studying the dynamics of individual criteria for special results at the preparatory stage of the annual training cycle, and thus on the resulting determination of the effectiveness of individual implementation for qualified kayakers.
Methods and structure of the study. The work involved testing, analysis of training planning documents, and mathematical statistics. The study examined the following parameters: time to cover a 2000-meter distance, rowing pace over this distance, and average values of double testing over a 250-meter distance (2x250 m) with an interval of 20–30 minutes. The parameters such as average time, pace, length of the run, and technical coefficient were taken into account. The number of completed 40-kg barbell presses and pulls in 2 minutes was also analyzed. The tests involved 14 highly skilled canoeists, including 2 Honored Masters of Sports (HMS), 6 Masters of Sports of International Class (MSIC), and 6 Masters of Sports (MS), aged 19 to 36. The athletes underwent training during the preparatory period (October–December) according to two different training plans.
Results and conclusions. According to the obtained data, the following analysis algorithm can be used to determine the individual implementation efficiency of highly qualified canoeists: determining control tests, changes in the results of which are subject to the law of the initial level, which allows excluding them from further calculations; identifying the most distinct changes in the intra-group variability of results in selected test tests after 3 months of training and determining the individual implementation efficiency by changing the rank of each athlete based on the increments in results in each control procedure.

Keywords: highly qualified kayakers, physical and technical fitness, training loads, dynamics of indicators, individual implementation efficiency.
