Objective of the study is to identify non–standard pedagogical technologies of physical culture and sports local history.
Methods and structure of the study. In the course of the scientific work, an analysis of the results of physical culture and sports events in Yelets, a survey of students of the I.A. Bunin YSU, was carried out.
Research results and conclusions. The conducted research has made it possible to expand the range of pedagogical technologies of physical culture and sports local history. They can be classified as non-standard and given the following names: "Organization of voting for names (sports facilities, streets, etc.), laureates (badges, awards, etc.)", "Organization of thematic theatrical productions", "Organization of thematic meetings in iconic places (alleys, museums, sports and memorial facilities and so on)", "Search and improvement of graves". The testing of these technologies has shown their effectiveness in improving the physical culture and sports knowledge of local lore among people of different groups.
