Adaptation of the motor training program to the temperament and personal goals of each student of the acting specialty

Objective of the study aims to develop and substantiate pedagogical approaches to the motor training of actors in higher education, taking into account the influence of typological features of temperament on the effectiveness of learning.
Methods and structure of the study. An online questionnaire by G.Y. Eysenck was used to determine the types of temperament, levels of neuroticism and intro/extroversion. The data obtained was processed using mathematical statistics (distribution of results in %). The research was organized on the basis of the Volgograd State Institute of Arts and Culture, which was attended by 73 1st-4th year students of the Acting Department, 47 of them girls, 26 boys.
Results and conclusions. It has been established that the majority of students are characterized by a strong, mobile, but unbalanced nervous system. Each type of temperament has its own characteristics of motor manifestations of both a positive and problematic nature, which is the basis for guidelines in determining pedagogical approaches and conditions in working with each typological group to achieve a pedagogical effect.
